ROCK FORMATION

Rock cycle is rock formation from one type to another. There are Igneous Rock, Sedimentary Rock and Metamorphic Rock. In this case, magma is the start point of the rock cycle. Magma is molten rock inside a volcano. After volcano eruption, magma erupts from volcano. It becomes lava. Lava is cooling down for a while. It becomes Igneous Rock. Igneous Rock is weathering from wind and rain. These pieces of rocks is called sediments. During the process of erosion, sediments move to water. After the process of compaction and cementation, sediments hold and squeeze together. It forms Sedimentary Rock. Sedimentary Rock is the bottom layer of the Earth. Sedimentary Rock heats and presses by the top layer. It forms Metamorphic Rock. These rock closes to magma. Therefore, magma melts metamorphic rock.

Reflection
1) What did you enjoy most about this project and why?
I am enjoyed the research because it helped a lot to understand my cycle.

2)What was most challenging for you during this project and why?
The most challenging part is making movie because I had to deal with many issues in this videos. It had to put everything in order.

3) What new skills did you know from doing this project?
I learned to how to imovie to create video.

4) Is there anything that you could have done to improve any of your works?
If I can improve this work. I will take another pictures. As you can see, some of the backgrounds don't match.

Reflection: Write a reflection about your Sleep & Learning PSA on your blog

1. How does sleep effect your learning? 
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?

1) We are learning while we sleep. Brains practice what we have learned during the day when we are at sleep. 

2)I get 10 hours of sleep on each night. It is above the recommended hours (9.15hours). It is enough time of sleep. I have enough time for my brain to practice what I have learned. I feel energetic in the morning. 

3)I will sleep earlier than I did now because sleeping has positive effect on learning. In addition, teens need more sleep than other ages. Our bodies is growing during this age. 

Final Reflection

1) I think energy drink increases energy in a short period of time. In addition, it is good for health. I
     wouldn't hurt my health.

2) NBC News states " Energy drinks are under studied, overused and can be dangerous for children.         Energy drinks contain mostly too much caffeine which cause stroke high blood pressure and even sudden death.  However, the drink makers will actually disagree with NBC News because it has a directly effect on the sale of their products.

3) I will not drink these energy drinks because it contains too much caffeine. It has a negative effect    on health. In addition, energy drinks often don't label the accurate ingredients list. Therefore, I have no idea what I have drink.

China has several natural characteristics of China. In this case, China is in tropical zone. Tropical temperature remains constant throughout the year. It has the annual average rainfall of 2847.3 mm. China has Gobi Desert, Plateau of Tibet and Lion Rock. Flood and earthquake are the major natural disasters in China. China's water sources come from South China Sea, Tai Lake and Hai River. These factors build up our environments, traditions and cultures. Therefore, we are different.



Reflection

1) I enjoy to find the information about China. It helps me to know better about China.
2) The challenging part of this video is when I gather everything into the video because I have to put          everything into a right sequence.
3) I learn how to use a new program, Animoto. It is an interesting way to present thing.
4) I can add my personal pictures into my video. It make the video looks interesting.
5) Everyone should have their own accounts. It prevents the case that happened now. It is more safety     for  everyone.
