2)I get 10 hours of sleep on each night. It is above the recommended hours (9.15hours). It is enough time of sleep. I have enough time for my brain to practice what I have learned. I feel energetic in the morning.
3)I will sleep earlier than I did now because sleeping has positive effect on learning. In addition, teens need more sleep than other ages. Our bodies is growing during this age.
